Secondary pillars of our company are investments in real estate flipping, renovations, and property management.
Our team includes designers and architects specializing in the design of residential, industrial, and commercial development projects, as well as engineering specialists.

Richard Hofer – Real estate veteran and investor. He has been involved in real estate for 20 years and in development and engineering for 10 years. Co-founder of M&M reality holding a.s., where he served in management for 7 years, first on the supervisory board and then on the board of directors. He has trained over 1,000 brokers.
He prepared the merger of M&M reality holding a.s. and HBC reality, which resulted in the current majority owner Petr Morcinek. He is a specialist in business strategies in real estate development. He completed the Dale Carnegie Institute training program, where he was awarded the title of best graduate. During his 20-year career, he has completed real estate and development deals and projects worth over CZK 3.7 billion.
Mgr. Andrea Milecová, MBA, has been working in finance and insurance since 2003, when she was involved in the establishment of the Aegon insurance company in Slovakia. She has held positions on boards of directors and in executive positions at banks, insurance companies, and funds. She served as commercial director for several years at Credoma a.s. Czech Republic, later renamed Equa Bank, and also at Allianz pension management company Slovakia.
As an expert consultant, she has been involved in creating business strategies for major European companies. Her areas of expertise include creating business strategies, performing due diligence, establishing qualified investor funds, payment institutions, and crowdfunding platforms. She is an active member of the board of directors of the Association of Crowdfunding Platforms for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
She participates in international events, where she is invited as an expert on crowdfunding. Since 2002, she has also been actively involved in charitable activities, founding several foundations and civic associations focused on helping vulnerable groups such as abandoned elderly people, single mothers with children, and abused women and children.
